Nidge's Artisan Pizza always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers, however on very rare occasions, I recognise that there may be times when my customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure I am able to put things right, in the first instance please contact me directly. And I will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. With either a full refund on the pizza concerned or replacement. To claim a refund or replacement the Pizza MUST be returned on the day of purchase in the original packaging. 1/2 or 3/4 eaten pizza will not be accepted. Refunds and replacement is at the discression of the management.
